Project Conditions

1. Environmental Conditions: Do not proceed with installation of access flooring until installation area is enclosed and has an ambient temperature of between 55-90 degrees Fahrenheit and a relative humidity of not more than 70 percent.
2. Nominal Panel Size: 24" × 24" or 600mm × 600mm
3. Fabrication Tolerances:                                            Fabricate panels to the following tolerances with squareness tolerances expressed as the difference between diagonal measurements from corner to corner.
   Size and squareness: Plus or minus 0.016" of required size with a squareness tolerance of plus or minus 0.02", unless tolerances are otherwise specified for a specific panel type.
4. Fully-welded die-formed steel panels with cementious fill: Fabricate panels with a die-formed all-steel bottom pan consisting of a 64 embossment bottom section welded to a die-cut full hard steel top sheet to form a structural unitized construction. Completed panels to be filled with lightweight cementious-fill. Panels to be cleaned with a 3part wash and rinse system, prior to applying a conductive powder coat protective. The finish is then electronically applied and thermally treated until a hardened durable surface is obtained.
